About the Book

If you like Robert Dugoni’s Tracy Crosswhite, Michael Connelly’s Bosch, or Tana French’s In the Woods, you’ll love Mother of Valor. Valorie Dawes is a smart, compassionate cop who’s not afraid to break some glass (ceilings) and kick some ass in pursuit of justice for ruthless killers.

Not your typical police procedural, this fast-paced but character-driven mystery pits a young, tough, intuitive policewoman, Val Dawes, against a ruthless international human trafficking organization hell-bent on terrorizing a peaceful population to make a statement and distract law enforcement from their true objective.

Mother of Valor is the fourth of five books in the Valorie Dawes Thrillers series. Each of the books can be read stand-alone, but are best enjoyed in order, starting with A Woman of Valor, or the prequel, In Search of Valor.
